Tales & Tellers is a Miu Miu project conceived by interdisciplinary artist Goshka Macuga and convened by Elvira Dyangani Ose, director of MACBA, Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona. The project, under the direction of Miuccia Prada, takes Miu Miu’s long-standing interest in collaborating across the spectrum of filmmaking, art, and fashion as a point of departure, and draws together a myriad of narratives exploring ever-transforming ideas of the plurality of femininity. Every artistic intervention from previous Miu Miu fashion shows and each film from the Miu Miu Women’s Tales series is represented by a character directly extracted from the collaborations.
